Exchanging *.bod files

The easiest way to gain access to some other user's Bod data is to exchange the complete binary database file (*.bod). You can rename the file to whatever seems useful to you as long as you leave the extension untouched.

As a result you will get an independent database that you can load into UOBod, browse there and have the program analyze which Bods might be exchanged. You will see all data exactly the way the original creator would - prices and Bod Book names and the entries from "General Info" are preserved.

*.bod files are relatively small and can easily be send as Email attachments or via ICQ File transfer.

You can not, however, exchange only parts of you collection this way, unless you would modify the database itself prior to sending it.
