Analyze Matches: Having loaded both databases into UOBod you should see "Analyze matches" in the left pane of all the databases windows. It will first appear with a [+] sign and so be collapsed: [+] Analyze Matches By expanding this branch you will get an Analysis for all the other databases that you have currently loaded (in the example it is just one additional; Astuur1bod) Now click onto the Analysis that interests you. In the example I have chosen the Astuur1.bod inside the Rolsim window. So I will get an analysis of Rolsim's Bod's compared with Astuur's. Things will be seen from Rolsim's point of view here, as it is his window that I am using. So when you see a "9" underneath "Receive" in the LBod Smith Color normal line and a "23" underneath "Give" it simply means that Rolsim could use only 9 from Astuur's Bods whereas Astuur could make use of 23 of Rolsim's normal color Smiths SBods. As you can see there is a separate Column for the exceptional Bods. UOBod's internal Logic has the LBods as the ones that are kept, while the SBods are being traded.-- but you surely need not stick to that. In the example Astuur might now offer some of his partially filled LBods in order to make this trade a fair one, or they could simply trade not all but only a few of those Bods Of course you could see the same facts, seen from Astuur's point of view if you opened the Astuur1.bod window and looked at the Rolsim Analysis there. So much or the global aspect. But we still have only a summary and not the individual Bods that we might trade. To get that we now will create a report again but not using the Report menu from the top this time but by doing a simple double click on one of the lines in that summary. The name of the report will be BodReport.txt for all of the lines displayed here. So you once have the analysis inside your editor save it under some meaningful name. You will see from the analysis itself whose databases you have been comparing (also from what date), but it wont harm to give it a more useful name. Now you see for what purpose you entered your contact info into your database, don't you? The text file you will see in your editor will look similar to this :
As you see the analysis is done for both the databases. You see the suitable SBods from Astuur needed to complete Rolsim's LBods ;and Rolsim's SBod that would fit into Astuurs LBods, too. In all other aspects this listing resembles the report that we generated using /List missing SBods /List LBod with Sbod. Please keep in mind that for more than one additionally loaded databases there will be an extra "Analysis" within each window, so that you indeed have a comparison of each one to each other one. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
